Are you over 65 and living locally? Would you like to attend a FREE 6 week group ‘Living Well In Winter’? The group focusses on falls prevention, positive ageing and reducing frailty. By attending you will get access to the local HSE Primary Care Team from Ballyfermot and Inchicore Health Centres. Starting on 11/01/2024 the group will run weekly on a Thursday from 11am – 12.30pm in Ballyfermot Library. Community Nursing, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Prescribing and Social Work will present a session each week. Tea and coffee is provided each week.
Self-referrals and healthcare referrals are accepted. If you would like to refer yourself, contact Ballyfermot Health Centre.
