Our parish Prayer before the Eucharist
We are grateful to the many people who have signed up for The over 30 hours of Prayer spread over Mon. Wed & Fri. People taking part are requested to sign up in the Book provided before they begin their allotted hour. On the evidence of this record there are sadly some Hours when there is nobody before the Blessed Sacrament. Following is the Mon. Wed. Fri. schedule giving an indication of all the hours over the 3 days, and the number of people signed up for each hour.

It would be wonderful to have more people especially to help fill out the hours when nobody is present, or where just one person is on her own. Ideally each hour should have at least two people. The break-down above may not be always correct, since some people may not have signed the Book as requested.

Inevitably there will be some growing pains since this is a new venture for all of us, and a good beginning has been made.

Eucharistic Adoration

Continues this Monday after 10am Mass; also on Wednesday and Friday until 9pm.
This will be a tremendous privilege for our parish to have not only the church open but the Blessed Sacrament on the altar for adoration and petition. Even if you haven’t volunteered to spend an hour before the Blessed Sacrament feel free to come in using the side door (Blackditch Road side). 10 – 9pm Mon, Wed & Fri.
